Cell phones are a very important part of most people’s lives. But I think we can all relate to the experience of getting sucked down a wormhole of media when we’re bored, and then feeling guilty about it later. To hopefully help combat this, I’ve compiled a list of phone-less activities, categorized for your convenience, to do instead when you’re bored. I understand that sometimes it’s hard to motivate yourself to actually disconnect and do something else, so the list contains activities that require various levels of effort. There are three categories: athletic, crafty, and miscellaneous. YouTube most likely has tutorials for anything on this list that you don’t know how to do. Hopefully, I can inspire you to do something fun!
